POOR TELKOM!!!!!!!

Telkom’s standard have depreciated soooo much, the level of service you get from this company is always poor. They also big ****mers!! Smh!! I signed up for a data contract which initially was marketed at R200.00 p/m. All of a sudden they are charging me in excess of R600.00, because they subscribed me without any consent to useless staff I didn’t even want in the first place. Whenever you contact them to resolve issue, there is no one that answers, when they eventually answer you are never helped with resolving any form of disputes. I’m fed up with this company and regret the day I app**** for any of their products. We are really being treated like the new slaves! BIG ****MERS!!!! For anyone who is thinking of applying for any products with them, think twice because they will ***** your money with no explanation.
