Poor Tekom service

We have telkom lte internet, the internet is so slow it taks 5min to download 1.5meg. The connection is absolutely poor for lte. Ping is 80 and download 0,38 and upload is beter 3,8. I have phoned them 4days ago and resetted the router and was better for 1 day, now i cant get hold of them, hold on for 1hour 20min still no one assist. I can't even connect to there website as i dont have any connection, the connection come with very slow speed thet the server throw me out and then it is gone. No respons as i connect via friends hotspot to there website and left a message. Tille now no response. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
