Poor technical support from Telkom

I have been subjected to poor technical support for my integrated sim. For the past two weeks i have made numerous calls to try and get my integrated data sim to work without and success. I have spend hours speaking to the call centre without success. Sometimes the support personnel just put the phone down without warning . Nobody seems to know how to assist me with my problem. I am very frustrated and do not know how to get the service going anymore.
