Poor technical support
Dear Telkom, i am not happy with the technical support, i have sent a request via e-mail to a representative, i have sent 2 follow up mails, no response, i went so far to put in the second mail that i will go to Hellopeter if i receive no response, still no response. First mail was sent to 'Zanele Hlatshwayo (Z)' ********** on 15 April 20:26 Second (follow up) mail was sent on 17 April 09:27 Third (follow up) mail was sent on 23 April 09:08 Up to now i haven't receive any feedback
