Poor TAT on faults

Good Day

Its now over 10 days when a call was logged with the following reference no 12288CRZ091017 ; 291CRZ16101 & 1288CRZ091017 and to date the bussiness liness and internet is down.

This is unacceptable due to it being a bussiness and Telkom not wiling to assist.

Telkkom really need to get a wake up call to provide better service as i am being billed for services i dont have ????
