Poor staff attitude

Just tried to get my data plan upgraded now with S'thokosizi in the sales upgrading department who shown me that she doesn't care about the service renders at Telkom she is arguing with me about the system that doesn't want to work and keeps me on hold while there is background noise, and mumbling where is the service, telephone etiquette, didn't she attend training on how to communicate with customers? I have the call record if you need to listen to it I'm so dissapointted in her service she tells me that the system issues at Telkom is my problem and I should hold on forever until the system is restored? This is poor service Telkom
