Poor speed and intermittent mobile service, no feedback after 5 weeks!

<p>Case was logged on 4 May 2017 case number : ********** 3 and it is now 13 June 2017 , more than 5 weeks later and still experiencing poor to no 3G mobile service (I accept there is no LTE in our area yet, but this is not the issue). At installation (a few months ago) we got 3G downbload speeds of 8 to 10 megs, but now we are getting about 1.5 megs for the most part, that is when we do have service. so sometimes ZERO, especially peak hours! </p> <p><br />Billing Account Number: ********** 99 <br />Product: Smart Internet Unlimited (unlimited, ha ha, ha !!!)</p> <p>Router: Huawei B315 LTE</p> <p>Number: ********** 071<br /> <br />Telkom said that they would escalate the matter and get a technician to come out to us. Well, to date I've had no feedback, no call, no visit from a technician AND still NO service.<br /> <br />What is Telkom doing about this ? and will I be refunded for paying R899 per month for receiving no service ? I am very disappointed that the resolution is taking this long and don't understand why Telkom is not communicating with me being a loyal and paying customer ?</p>
