POOR SND BAD SERVICE FROM Telkom

Telkom is the worse.They canceled my subscription because of poor connection.Their technician confirmed that Telkom does not have coverage in my area, which means I have bee n paying for a service that does not exist.They gave me a reference nr saying they are going to refund my money but have not received anything from them.Its been two months tha already.
