Poor & slow fault repairs

Our Telkom landline phone has problems every couple of months. And then it always takes Telkom about 10 days before anyone attends to it. Imagine trying to run a hospitality & tourism business without a phone for 10 days! Especially since we are based in mountains without any mobile phone reception so we rely on Telkom.<br> Well, our Telkom landline went down 2 days ago again, we reported it online and via SMS. Still nothing has been done about it. It just makes a beeping noise, and when someone tries to call in there is an engaged signal. <br> Now we must just sit and play the waiting game while Telkom decides what to do and we are losing business.<br> VOIP here we come :)
