Poor signal and inability to use data contracrs

Telkom network in the last 3 weeks has been poor in the Moletsi area just opposite Seshego zone 5. Our wi-fi suddenly no longer connecting and we are losing out as we are many subscribers of long term contracts. Please enhance the signal so we can enjoy what we are paying for.
