Poor show Telkom

I have had a contract with Telkom mobile that has been dormant since 2017. I have tried to close this account,but it can only be done online and it is an impossible task as the info I have does not match any profile Telkom has of me. So to finally get their attention I reversed the debit orders. So instead of contacting me they now refer the debt to debt collectors. To summarise: my account has been dormant for 4 years and Telkom willingly took my money for absolutely no usage at all, but when I object they now want debt collectors involved. Really poor show Telkom
