Poor servie by Telkom

I have inet problem,went om the inet with mobile phone tp report the issue and find telkom info Oon the inet there are several nr availible but not one of them working I evem called Telkom and they gave me the wromg number that does not work.The inet diber is off and telkom does not have any service availible.I would not recommend Telom tto anyone.
