Poor Services & Not customer friendly

Good day,<br> <br> Since my last report to 8TA/Telkom, and all correspondence to them I still don't have my cellphone in my possession.<br> <br> My cellphone, was never sent for repairs or even attempted. My cellphone lines, are disconnected because of none payment for the period that my cellphone was in \so called repairs".<br> <br> I must fetch my cellphone"
