POOR SERVICES FROM TELKOM

Telkom and this agents who lack comptence and sense of urgency regarding our requests to be assisted by them. I have fully paid my account on Tuesday and the payment reflected on Thursday. I have been asking for my services to be restored and all the agents I speak t tell me about escalating the matter and cant even do a single thing regarding my request. Never ever take Telkom as a network service rovider they do not offer good and proper services, they are under qualified and have a total ddisregard for the services they have to provide to thier customers
