Poor services by Telkom online service

Made an online purchase. Was told by consultant my order will be delivered 5-7 working days. After almost a month has gone by no delivery or feedback regarding my order has been made and my first installment was allready deducted. I phone their clientservices and was told the system status is waiting for delivery and no further assistance could be given. Until today no futher communication or feedback was given. Poor poor service delivery by telkoms online services......
