Poor services and false advertising

I app**** for a September deal, sim card and router but only received the sim card and everyday I get messages that my router is on its way it has been loaded in a vehicle but till today I havent received it. Yesterday a guy from the courier company called me and said he is few streets away from mine he is coming but guess what? Till today he is still coming, this is not on!!!
