Poor services

I have been having endless network interruptions since Friday 18/12/2020. I wrote to Telkom on Twitter and they still have not come back to me. Your services are really disappointing. I can barely work from home. And I have reports I need to submit before Friday 25/12/2020. I hope you see this and STOP ignoring your customers.
