Poor services

<p>Hi, regarding the below complaint that was logged, what I can't understand is that Busi is looking for a number(address) for the company I'm working for, I told you where the company is situated and when I reported this matter last year, your technical team could see the company on your system and they informed me that there is Telkom towers there, I can't understand why can't you locate the Company(Johnson and Johnson) on your system but the other staff did, today(04/11/2016) I had the same problem of someone phoning me and they not getting through to me and I was not even at work, I've got the message that was forward to me, the person saying that when she phoned she only heard a beep sound, I can provide it to you ad proof of what I'm saying so I can't understand that you are requesting a detailed information but everything is there, I've got no signal at work(Johnson and Johnson -Rattray Road, Dawn.
