Poor services
<p>On Saturday I visit Telkom mobile at N1 City Mall for an upgrade, since it was due two months ago. I actually did an enquiry the Friday on a specific cellphone.</p> <p>Everything went well, I completed my form, but when the Shop Assistant needed to process it on the system, it went down. Since my baby was with me I ask the Shop Assistant to contact me if the systmen is on-line, I dont mind coming in later. Saturday, Sunday and Monday went past no one called me. I subsequently went in Monday evening to enquire about it, only to find that my application for an upgrade was not process on the system yet.</p> <p>How is this possible, this is beyond 3rd world standards. Absolutely poor service...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Thanks for coming back to me. I really appreciate youre prompt response, the mobile team did not come back to me. I dont know whether the mobile team have a lot of queries to attend to or they just dont care.
I would go for the latter.

The store came back to my. I have extended my contract, happy again. Telkom have great products, I would like to recommend that Telkom should do more for existing clients to keep them loyal i.e services to clients, products, expanding of infrastructure ect
Cellphone contracts are much cheaper for me than prepaid, hence I dont see myself on prepaid any time soon.
