Poor services

Hi again I really need your assistance please before the 25th of May my services at telkom was suspended and on the 25th of May my husband made payment to telkom and everymonth our account has been handed over to collections and our service's is still suspended I kindly ask that hellopeter please assist us I believe that we have paid telkom more than 13000 and our account should not be in arrears please please please assist us has I've not been getting any joy from telkom
