Poor services

I am at telkom Musgrave centre to do a Sim swap takes almost 1 hour 30 minutes the staff there is very slow to serve 1 customer it's like an hour and half. Bongekile khawula has the worse attitude one can think of the store is closed and I am inside I've been there since 4:45pm the store closes at 6pm
