Poor service...disgusting response

Telkom service is very poor i paid off my account in December only to find its reflecting with arears on my profile...i then asked for a paid up letter which they told me i can only get in 21 days , i then asked for a statement which i was told would get it in 21 days...i asked for a manager and the consultant told i dont really have the right to speak to his manager...i was assisted by Ntando Mashaba
