Poor Service yet AGAIN!!! Issue Still not resolved

<p>Yet again I find myself having to write a complaint about Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nearly 4 weeks have gone by and I am still waiting for Telkom to attend to the fault on my line and with our exchange which is 50meters from my house.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Line is unstable and continously flapping and disconnecting, and everytime it reconnects the line is syncing between 2mb and 5mb and not my 10mb that it should be.</p> <p> </p> <p>My neighbors are experiencing the same issue and Telkom does nothing to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a senior network engineer and work in this field and I have given the various telkom techs that have called me all the information needed and what I see to be the issue, as I have run multiple tests on the line and have tested 3 different routers along with 2 other service providers and a telkom testing account provided to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Still the line is faulty , and Telkom have yet to be seen on site or at the exchange attending to the fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are also very rude and arrogant when the phone you to ask what the issue is.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do my line rental through my ISP and they too are having issues with getting Telkom out to attend to the fault and my ISP have also notice a definate fault on the exchange.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom needs to get there act together and come and sort out this issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>I do alot of work from home and cannot work without any internet and neither can the other small businesses and houses in my neigborhood can either.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly frustrated with Telkom, and even more so that they dont come out or do anything and I keep getting sms's saying that the fault has been closed and I must sms back to confirm yes or no!</p> <p> </p> <p>Utter nonsense, as the issue will not resolve itself if no one goes out and conducts any maintance on the exchange.</p> <p> </p> <p>This happend atleast twice a year for the last 3 years I have had to complain like this.</p>
