Poor service with Telkom

I app**** for a fibre on the 13 June 2024 with these door to door agents, then the router was sent after 4 days, I had to do numerous calls before they can send a technician, it took two weeks to be stored after it being stored it only worked for one day, I started making calls got different ref numbers some will promise to call back, but there was no Joy,they sent a fauly router which I havebbeen asked for into be picked up, Nonhlanhla Mkhize said the logged a call for it to be picked, when I do a follow up I was told log is closed, them I got a new Fer from Vakano Shondlani, same when I do a follow up I was told it is closed , lastly I spoke with Tlou which I have no hope if I will ever be helped, I had that router in my housefor more than four weeks but only worked one day I have never experience such a poor service in my life, seems like I invited hell in my home since the day I decide to apply with Telkom.
