Poor service with racial intent

Poor service from Gerrit Pentz who sent me back and forth with documentation that needed to be completed. He refused to provide me with his email address or contact number as I needed to give him the general power if attorney as I handle my husbands financial affairs. Only outstanding doc. Wasted 1/30 min. Returning the next day with my docs he starts helping a white female and sitting and having a fat chat about this and that , laughing away and she got the opportunity to complete her docs at his desk which was the exact same app that I had to complete. My kids were with me who ended up sitting on the floor after 30 minutes wait. He also helped random White people walking in whilst busy with this female and when I questioned him, his reply was \ I helped them before"after this"
