Poor service with no remorse

hellopeter i would like to express my disapoointment about the service at westgate @telkomSA . I took up a contract with an agent on the 31st January at R249 fixed contract and 10 gig for 3 months , little did i know all this was not the fact as i received a bill of R487 and no 10 gig loaded . I have attempted many time to resolve the matter internal with no luck or show of interest sadly.my account will be debited today and am still in the dark . Countless emails have been send to the agent concern by the name of Bheki yet the matter is not resolved . The level of the contact centre is unbelievable poor as they openly noted that.they cant assist and referred me back to the store . I have never been so disappointed expecial as i was planning to migrate to this network provider
