Poor service with no feedback over a month

Telkom to say your service has been extremely appalling and exhausting would be understatement.

I have had my services paused since December yet payment was made 29 December 2023. I have been calling your call center and sending proof payment to your *** email address for over a month with no help or even direction. Like why is your service so bad towards you customers?

I have no services for over a month now.
