Poor Service with no customer service

I have multiple contract with Telkom, i had a inconsistence in my statement i have been calling from : 8 August 15 August 22 August 28 August 5 September still nothing gets done, my case number ***1. The very same Telkom around June/July they suspended my accounts saying i am owing fees yet debit order ran successfully. I am fed with you Telkom
