Poor Service will never recommend to anyone

I took out a second line with Telkom the store in Mall of Africa i received my device with no sim card. I reported to the sales agent that assist me says i must buy a sim and do a sim swap which they are charging me for it. I have been billed for a line that i haven't activated or used. this is the second month now being billed. They don't even follow up with their customers im really not happy with the service from Telkom very poor service. I need my sim card pls and i want to be credited for the amounts billed with no service.
