poor service/ useless company

Telkom is the worst company in the whole world. Im disgusted. Ive been with them since 2013. I decided to change my old number on thursday and got a new one but since then ive been unable to make outgoing calls it says account suspended. I went to N1 city telkom branch, I was told the line is normal so they dont understand why I cant make calls. I was advised to call the call centre, I told the consultant that I cant make outgoing calls he told me to ask my neighbours or friends, I told him I cant go around knocking on peoples houses asking to make a phone call. He then gave me a number to send an sms to. I did send an sms I got a response back to say a consultant will call me back. Up until now no one has contacted me. I also sent a tweet to the twitter account twice they did not respond or acknowledge me. I want my line to be opened. Someone must phone me back.
