Poor service / Untrained Consultant's

Good day,

I took a laptop contract with Telkom in Oct 2019, The consultant told me that this device is a I3 6th generation, When I got home and checked this laptop was a 5th generation. I took it back the very next day and returned it but I was billed the full installment when it was not my fault. It has being 4 months I am still waiting for feed back from telkom to refund me.
