Poor Service/ Unreliable Insurance Service Provider

I will like to express my feelings that I am currently experiencing with Telkom Insurance under Supervision of Finrite Administrator Pty Ltd.

I have been battling with my claim of my cellphone it's been two months and no one has came back to me with update when I am getting my cellphone. I have been calling the finrite Administrator Pty Ltd and I am still not winning after numerous calls which I have waited for 37 minutes on a call and still I am not assistant and I have lost hope with them don't know what to do anymore.

If I had a choice I will never make use of them ever again their service is not on.

The worst part the cellphone company I have took cellphone they are not involved.
