Poor service, *****'s and *****

This people they have messed up my account. I tried to get hold of them their agent are so rude. They are telling me that my id number showing someone else details and for that reason they cannot help me.

I need to go to the store. Are they going to pay me the petrol money for their own mess. For a year i have been calling , getting help with the same id number, all of a sudden it belongs to someone else.

For 3 months i have been receiving the data as per my contract which i believe it be because if the same reason they are saying my id number belongs to someone.
