Poor service!!! Telkom the worst service provider I've used!

Poor service!! I'm very disappointed with telkom, I have two cellphone contracts with them, our agreement was that they will debit every month on the 25th! To my surprise, they only debit for one phone! I tried to call Immediately, however all three Consultants that I got through to couldn't help what sooooo ever! To my surprise they sent my file to nudebt, they debit for the "missed payment" and penalty fee. All together they debited R496. I called today for them to fix this mess!!! Once again the consultant I got said he'll escalate the matter and send me the case number, via email, was that done? Hell nooo! This is the second time Telkom has done this, they are seriously messing up my credit profile...I really don't know what to do now.
