Poor service Telkom Somerset Mall

I upgraded my contract last year with one of their black Friday deals. The deal I took out was the Samsung S24 FE that comes with the Samsung watch. To date I have not received my watch. The consultant who helped me kept saying it will arrive and that Telkom will give me credit back for a watch that I don't have. My bill came and I got billed for something I don't have. The same consultant also canceled a number I asked him to cancel but when the bill came the number was not canceled. It is supposed to be on prepaid. I had to go back to the store which another consultant had to cancel the number. The store manager was there as well. I told her about my situation but she did not do anything to improve the situation. The Telkom store is the the one in Somerset Mall. This has been the poorest service I received from them since I've been a client of them.
