Poor service Telkom Shop Westgate

The staff at Telkom Shop at Westgate are poorly trained do not have the expertise in what they doing I am unable to purchase data on my own so I normally go to the stores for help and on the 26-05-18 went to purchase a 60GB Day and 60GB Night plan this morning 10-06-18 I had reached my limit to my surprise I checked how much data was loaded only to find that the lady who had helped me (Brenda) had only loaded me with only 20GB data what happened to the rest only she knows....
