Poor service telkom Promenade mall Mitchell's Plain

Visited telkom Promenade mall Mitchell's Plain. The service I received was extremely poor. I enquired about a Sim swop and I was told that the system is offline for the last two weeks. I asked the consultant if I could be furnished with the shops number so that I can call in to find out when it's back online. She plainly said there is no contact number for me to call. So my question is, how am I as a client supposed to know when I can receive service from them? Clearly their customer service is most lacking. Think I should move my business over to the competition.
