Poor Service Telkom Northgate

I took out a cell phone contract and wanted to import my pre paid number as the contract number. I have now been twice to Northgate branch and they said it was done and will be active in 3 hours and that they will phone me. It is still not active and no one has phoned. This is poor and unacceptable service, I am so sorry I went with Telkom and not stayed with Vodacom. I run my own business and now no clients can get hold of me. The staff at Telkom do not know their jobs
