Poor Service - Telkom Mobile

I have been trying to get a hold of @telkom for the past 3 months now to cancel my contract before it gets upgraded. I cannot get help on any platform, the portal, the call centre, whatsapp or emails.

In the past 3 years, i have had connection maybe at most a total of 3 months.

I would never recommend this network to any user.

I went in store last year sometime to let them know how bad my connection has been and all that was done, was that they removed the sim and put it back.

I need to cancel my contract with you guys, if any of you see this, please contact me.

I now have to be inconvienced by having to go in store to cancel my contract.

I am really dissappointed in the service and lack of communication.
