Poor service Telkom mobile

Hello I am Andrew using Telkom mobile. I recently purchased Telkom amp from the bundle option accidentally ,, my cell number is ***, I am trying so hard to get hold of Telkom but their service is so ****in poor...all I get is options to purchase but not one consultant to speak to ..I accidentally purchased R49 Telkom AMP product not using my glasses🤡 but anyway I need this cake Telkom to reverse this as I am a pensioner and cannot afford data...the service is non existent to ****ing poor.
