POOR SERVICE -Telkom in Vincent Park East London

My wife has cancelled a mobile contract with Telkom Mobile in Vincent Park Shopping Centre in East London, but still get billed every month. After numerous phone calls, in store queries, and endless reference numbers they are still unable to sort out the problem. Telkom keeps on deducting funds from her account for a non-existing contract and every month she has to go into the Bank to reverse the funds. They have now handed us over to Nudebt. The branch supervisor is arrogant, has no customer relations and just laughs the matter off.
