Poor service Telkom

I changed the bank details and the debit order couldn't go through aand they keep sending messages, but no account number and I tried to call them several times with no luck. Stop making thing difficult even your watsap payment is useless. I dont have time to go to the store to update account and pay the outstanding amount.
