POOR SERVICE TELKOM

Pathetic service from Telkom. I got a prepaid line fromTelkom never had any problems till they change it to cordless i nearly struggle two years for them to fix cost me a lot of money to phone them by cell phone to report a fault. If they fix it either i can receive call but cant make a call they fix it again then i cant receive call but can make a call sometimes its complete out of order. There is kredit on the line but has no use of it. No wonder things in our land fall into peaces there is only a few that know the job bud you never get hold of them. I only want my phone in working order is that to much to ask. My landline number is *** nice if Telkom can assist me.
