Poor service Telkom

I have place an order with them in October already for a smart voice they switched the contract on and I am paying for it every month deleverer the wrong device picked it up again and I am still waiting for the correct one calling every day sending emails but still nothing wasting my time and airtime spending a forgen to get this fixed
