Poor service Telkom

I took out a Sim only deal of R99 and now the bill came and my subscription is R499. This is unfair and I made sure on the call this would not happen. Tried contacting them with no luck..I'm very disappointed as I'm a loyal Telkom customer. Please contact me below.
