Poor Service Telkom Atrium Overport/Overport City

Hi there One star is too much for the poor planning of the manager for the store.

I cant believe that on a weekend when most customers and potential customers would come in and only two assistants are there to assist people who are waiting for more than an hour,

The manager needs to go on a planning course on how to manage the store effectively - this is not the first time i had been to this store and end up waiting - endlessly

If the manager cannot plan Properly close the branch down.

Cannot apologize and this the job is done. fix this
