Poor service Telkom

This is the 4th month in a row that my telkom Internet access is giving problems. Tonight is just simply the last straw, spoke to a woman at Telkom help desk tonight about my router problem, the rudest, dumbest operator I have had the misfortune to deal with. This is breach of contract, as I am paying for a service which I am not receiving. The previous time the help desk person was very professional and rectified the problem immediately, this twot just had no interest in even trying to assist us. Really Telkom, your service sucks.
