Poor service Telkom

I requested to transfer my telefone line to my new adress. Waited 2 weeks for telkom to contact me to come and install my line. Then got a phonecall from the technician stating he wants to come and install the line. Told him i was not at home but at work. Then asked me what time i will be home. I told him only five a clock. He told me eish its to late. I tried making other arrangements with him but no avail. He the told me he only follows instructions. Haven't heard anything from telkom again this past week witch i think is pathetic. Then called the helpline and i was told they are offline. What do i need to do or who must i cotact?????????????? # very disappointed in telkom. #Poor service delivery.
