Poor Service Telkom

I took out a contract at one of their stores and the agent wrote on my contract that repairs are covered for 24 months. Since my phone broke a few months ago I have been struggling to get them to take responsiblity. I have been told to track down the agent who made the error on my contract and the only answer I got from her was that she was trained that way.
