Poor service telkom

Telkom service is very pathetic. We pay for a service we don't have and the customer service agents are on work from home attitude, MbaliNdlovu Ref 28/01/2023 17:13 did not even know what she was speaking about. My service is paid for, why am i still disconnected? Poor service really
